Kwikcall was created in 2003 with one goal in mind- to offer our clients a service that uses the latest technology in automated calls at a low cost. There where many companies out there selling dialer equipment and software, but we had realized that there is a large market of companies that do not want to purchase a dialer system, they were not interested in getting into the telephony business and in spending tens of thousands of dollars purchasing, setting up and maintaining dialer systems and phone lines. Most companies would like to focus on what they do best- run their business. Besides for the expense, many dialer systems on the market where low-grade systems which have poor sound quality and are not able to detect answering machines properly, we had felt that we can offer our clients something better.
